Entries will not be removed until after 3 p.m. Sunday, the end of the show.
All entries submitted are created by me and are in accordance with the published rules and that I absolve The Ward Foundation from any loss or damage to my entries.
Entries will be photographed by photographers authorized by The Ward Foundation and such photographs will be distributed at the Foundation’s discretion.
All entries submitted ahear to the rules outlined per division, and also outlined again in the Competition Guide
You will produce the receipt of entry submission to check out your entries. You must have it visibly in your possession when you remove your entries at 3 p.m. on Sunday.
Please do not pack up your entries until after you have been checked at the door.
